Return and Refund Policy

We do not enforce cancellation of confirmed orders, beneath valid circumstances, customers can request a cancellation, but it is subject to approval but will only be liable for a cancellation fee to compensate for the losses. Just in case an order is canceled from our end, due to non-availability of the product or any other issues beyond our control, we will initiate a full refund.

We accept requests for returns subject to approval only in such cases as defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered. The process may take up to 3-5 days to complete the full process, depending on the case under review. The customer will be provided with an equivalent replacement. Important NOTE: Any claim for Returns needs to be registered at the latest within 12 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 12 hours will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies.
